- Shipping Policies
All orders at To2Facil are processed once payment is received from the customer, establishing the delivery timeframe based on the territory. Orders for Havana are delivered within a maximum of 72 hours, considering the time the order is placed. For other provinces, delivery time varies from 7 to 10 days.
IMPORTANT:Delivery may take longer due to natural disasters.
It is the responsibility of the recipient (or their family) to call +1 (786) 209-1709, write via WhatsApp at +1 (786) 856-3567, or email: info@to2facil.com to report any issues or changes preventing them from receiving the package.
We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to errors in the address or due to the inability to contact the recipient.
At the time of delivery, the client in Cuba is responsible for inspecting the products along with the delivery courier.
It is the recipient`s responsibility to inspect the products, verify that the quantity matches the order, and sign the invoice.
If there is any dissatisfaction, the recipient has the right to reject the delivery and initiate a claims process. They must keep the product received or return it at the time of delivery.
- Refund or Replacement Policy
The period to file a claim regarding an unsatisfactory product is 48 hours after the order has been delivered. Claims will not be accepted without proper evidence, such as photographic and physical evidence. The product must be retained in its original condition for the claim process to begin.
To2Facil is responsible for concluding a claims process within 48 hours once it has been received. Our Customer Service team will provide a response via the communication channel through which the process was initiated, either by replacing the product with an identical one or issuing a full refund to the payment method used.
The established channels to report a replacement or claim are as follows, during the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm (Miami time), Monday to Sunday, via email at info@to2facil.com, regular call at +1 (786) 209-1709, or via WhatsApp chat at +1 (786) 856-3567.
Claims will not be accepted after 48 hours from the time the products are received by the recipient.
